These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of jilla360.com and the Jilla360 platform ("Service") operated by Jilla360. By registering or using the Service you accept these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service.
2. Accounts & Roles
- Users may register as a Customer, Shop Owner, Field Executive or Admin as applicable.
- You are responsible for your credentials and all activity on your account.
- Field Executives and Shop Owners must complete KYC verification before onboarding shops.
3. Shop Listings
Shop Owners and Field Executives are responsible for the accuracy of all shop information, photos, category, GST and bank details submitted. Jilla360 may approve, reject or remove any listing at its sole discretion.
4. Fees & Payments
- Shop registration and premium listing fees are payable via Razorpay at the amount displayed at checkout.
- All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Commissions to Field Executives are governed by the schedule set by Jilla360.
5. Prohibited Use
- Uploading false, misleading, obscene, or infringing content.
- Attempting to bypass payment, KYC, or security controls.
- Using the Service for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.
6. Intellectual Property
The Jilla360 name, logo, design and software are the property of Jilla360. Shop-submitted photos and content remain the property of the submitting user, who grants Jilla360 a non-exclusive licence to display them on the Service.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without refund of any fees already paid, except as required by our Refund Policy.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Jilla360 is not responsible for transactions between customers and shops.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jilla360's total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding twelve (12) months.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
